Maddix spit up on Cam's face the other night when they were playing. It went in cam's eyes, mouth and everywhere in between. It was so funny, maybe you had to have been there.

My brother wrecked on his motorcycle almost 2 weeks ago and here is his story.

He shattered his femur.

After 8 hours of surgery, his bone looked like this...

And spent the rest of his 7 day hospital stay looking like this.

I watched the Michael Jackson Memorial today. Hence the music.

Emily was nice enough to take me and Maddix to the Zoo last Wednesday and it was so much fun! Unfortunately, Maddix fell asleep in his stroller about 5 minutes into it and woke up in time for the 33 mile (I swear it was) uphill VERY scenic walk (and by VERY scenic I mean we saw 3 Macaws) to the exit. But all in all, it was a fun afternoon. Thanks Em!

3 Months Old

Maddix is 3 months old now! This past weekend he took his first overnight trip to Britt's cabin---thanks Spaz! It was so much fun! Maddix is now 21.5 inches long and about 11 pounds. He loves putting everything in his mouth and he loves to play in the bath. He also loves to socialize and he can't keep still for the life of him, he is always so busy!
